Sebastin “Sabe” Ysaguirre graduated from Caprock High School in 1986 and joined the Marine Corp right after high school. He served in the Marines for 4 years and is a Dessert Storm Veteran.

He married Sonia in 2013 and has three sons, Jacob, Isaiah, and Isaac, and one daughter, Janessa. His children have blessed him with nine grandchildren.

Sabe worked for Potter county Road & Bridge for 29 years before retiring in February 2023. He enjoys putting on the Caprock Alumni Memorial Bike Run year after year alongside Sonia and his buddies, Philbert and Tonia Cordova. He is a proud Longhorn for life!

Sonia Ysaguirre is a Pampa High School graduate, Class of 2001. After graduating, she went on to Milan Institute of Cosmetology. Sonia has been a hairdresser for 19 years and currently works at OXIDIZE Salon.

Sonia did not attend Caprock High School, but when she and Sabe started dating in 2010, he introduced her to his love for golf and the “biker life.” She took a strong interest in helping with the CHS Alumni Memorial Bike Run and volunteering at the CHS Alumni Golf Tournament. She loves to give back to her community in any way possible, and she knows how proud her husband is to be a Caprock Longhorn. Sonia is proud to be an “Honorary Longhorn!”
